If you volunteer to usher for Theatre Group at SBCC performances we ask that you arrive 1 hour early to help stuff programs and get orientated to your duties for the performance.  Ushers take tickets, hand out programs and help patrons to their seats.  During the performance you get to sit and see the show for free.  At intermission the House Manager may ask you to again help patrons to their seats or answer questions.  As an usher you must be able to stand for at least 45 minutes prior to the performance and walk up and down stairs if needed.  We ask that you wear black bottoms and a white top, vests will be provided.  It’s a great way to see a performance and meet our wonderful staff and patrons.  To sign up please call The Box Office at (805) 965-5935 or email sbcctg@sbcc.edu (for email you must contact us before 5pm the day prior to the performance).  We look forward to seeing you.
